Questions people ask
How does the free trial work?
You get every feature for three months, with no card needed. When it ends your account becomes read-only, so nothing is lost, until you choose a plan.
How are members counted?
We count current members: people or organisations with an active or in-grace membership. Lapsed members, contacts and event-only customers don’t count.
Can you move our data from our current system?
Yes. You can import spreadsheets yourself at any time, and on Enterprise the OCS Consulting team does the migration for you.
Do members need to download anything?
No. Members use your portal in any web browser, on a phone or a computer, at your own web address.
Who takes the card payments?
You connect your own Stripe account, so money goes straight to you. We never hold your funds.
Who is behind Membexo?
Membexo is designed, built, hosted and supported by OCS Consulting (ocs-consulting.com). When you call or email, you talk to the people who build it.
How are custom changes priced?
Describe the change from inside Membexo. AI works out what’s involved and you get a fixed price and delivery date, reviewed by an OCS engineer, before any work starts. Only pay for what you approve.
Is support included?
Yes. Reporting problems, AI-assisted answers and fixes to anything that isn’t working are all included in every plan. Only new enhancements and custom changes are quoted.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. Move up or down a plan, or into a new member band, whenever you need to.
